Association of Transportation Safety Information Professionals ATSIP’s advises and assists the National Safety Council in the development and implementation of Council positions, programs, and activities related to the design, development, and use of traffic records systems which support the traffic accident reduction and prevention goals of the Division, the Council and the U.S. The site is an amazing resource to the traffic records community.

Consumer Product and Safety Commission The official site of the CPSC with a search engine providing information on product safety and appropriate methods of design and usage of various products and facilities.

 

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Their primary mission is to reduce crashes, injuries, and fatalities involving large trucks and buses. The site contains and provides links to related resources for data, analysis and statistics.

 

Federal Trade Commission The official site of the FTC with a search engine and consumer protection information topically organized into groupings such as advertising, automobiles, credit, investing, telemarketing and tobacco.

 

FindLaw Comprehensive search engine for both state and federal case and statutory law, with additional database of attorneys, law firms, consultants, and experts.

 

Government Printing Office The University of California’s database with search engine to the full text of selected information published by the United States Government, is designed to help citizens easily access the laws, regulations, reports, data and other information provided through the GPO Access system. Among the growing list of titles available are the Federal Register, the Congressional Record, Congressional Bills, United States Code, Economic Indicators and GAO Reports.
