Attorneys fees in death cases and personal injury cases arising out of aircraft operation are provided on a contingent fee basis with the fee being a percentage of the recovery, and no fee if there is no recovery. Other aircraft cases such as failure to repair a plane properly may be handled on contingent fee basis or on an hourly basis as agreed in advance between the law firm and the client.
